- Back-in spaces (30 amp)
- $35.70/night $153/week $425/month
- Pull-thru spaces (30/50 amp)
- $37.74/night $163.20/week
Rates include two people and one vehicle.
Additional Charges:
- Mandatory 2% transient occupancy tax
- Each additional person: $3/night $12/week $36/month
- Each extra vehicle: $6/night $20/week $36/month
- Pets stay for free (No aggressive dogs or pit bulls; pets must be under 20 pounds)
Policies
- The maximum length of a nightly stay is three weeks. After three weeks, you must become a monthly tenant or vacate.
- Upon check-in, all guests will be required to provide a photo ID and current registration. Registration must remain current while vehicle is in the park
- Storage of unoccupied vehicles is not permitted
- Rates are subject to change
